Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:
• Create engaging and compelling content for digital platforms, including website, blog posts, social media, and email
• Produce visually appealing and informative
• Social Media Management:
• Manage and grow the company's presence on social media
• Plan and schedule regular posts, engage with the audience, and monitor social media
• SEO and SEM:
• Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic
• Plan and implement paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta ads, seo ) to drive targeted traffic.
• Email Marketing:
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
• Monitor email performance metrics and implement
Lead Generation
• Work closely with the sales team to generate leads through digital
• Implement strategies to capture and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.
• Market Research:
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing best practices.
Establish the end-to-end digital marketing capabilities and strategy that aligns with the needs and goals of the businesses.
Lead the implementation of these capabilities, such as media planning and buying, search, conversion rate optimization and data and analytics to support future business growth.
Working alongside Senior Stakeholders, Digital Team, and business unit marketing leaders, establish a best of breed approach to the use of marketing technology.
