Job Description :
The Digital Marketing Manager role at yMedia requires a creative and motivated individual with at least 2 years of digital marketing experience. The primary focus of this position is to lead and execute marketing projects for our clients, most of whom are leaders in their respective industries. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for growing and developing the online presence of existing clients, including social media, web, and other digital channels. They will also identify, implement, and execute new strategies to generate new business.
Key Responsibilities :
• Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders, understanding their content marketing requirements
• Grow and develop the online presence for existing clients, including social media, web, and other digital channels
• Generate new business by identifying, implementing, and executing new strategies
• Work directly with senior leadership at both our partner companies and our clients, with autonomy and access to take major marketing decisions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital channels
• Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it's performing and optimize user experience
• Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content
Skills and Qualifications :
• Creative and motivated individuals with digital marketing experience
• In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
• Experience in digital marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software
• Proficiency in content creation
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
• Strong project management and managerial skills
PS - Knowledge of Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, Web3 or of Fintech Industry is a big plus.
Requirements
• Must have digital marketing and social media marketing expertise along with social media management
• If you have client relation expertise, that will also be an additional plus
• Must have team management and project management expertise

• We currently operate remotely. However, sometime later, you will need to join the office from either Delhi or Gurgaon, which would be a hybrid.
