Job Description
Job Responsibilities-
• Accountable for digital customer experience across all brand assets like websites and mobile apps. Measure and improve Customer Satisfaction Score for digital experience (CSAT).
• Oversee and lead TG research, requirements discovery, solution design, development, and user acceptance testing for new website development.
• Evaluate, analyze, and understand the voice of the consumer through a variety of data sources.
• Manage the marketing technology stack and digital product solutions for business
• Create, maintain, and ensure adherence to the project charter and timeline for new technology solutions.
• Partner with cross functional teams regularly to ensure alignment on digital solution development and prioritization
• Work with product marketing to gather product related data for website management and solution development.
• Monitor success metrics and evaluate product performance to ensure constant product iteration and improvements. Measure and Reduce Customer Effort Score (CES) and improve Converion Rate.
• Conduct user research, collaborate with designers, developers, and research teams to identify opportunities for new and existing features and functionalities.
• Experienced in hands-on implementation of conversational bots, marketing automation and applications using AI/ML to solve for business problems.
• Research, evaluate and suggest MarTech tools and platforms to meet marketing and business objectives.
Position Qualification
• Have a customer-first mindset, a strong understanding of back end and front-end programming languages, and data analytics (GA4 must) that can be used to track, analyze, and improve digital products and applications.
• Hands-on experience in managing website development process using waterfall or agile methodology (Ideate, Design, Development, QA and Deployment)
• Worked on managing website tech stacks viz. Wordpress, Magento, REACT, MEAN, LARAVEL, Adobe, Sitecore etc.
• Prior experience in working across complex projects involving multiple system integrations using RESTful APIs and databases.
• Hands-on experience in Google Analytics 4 to churn business insights like User Acquisition and User Flow, Funnel Analysis, Navigation, Audience Behavior etc.
• Exposure to Digital Experience Platforms, Marketing Automation and DevOps would be preferrable.
