Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products or services online. This role involves driving website traffic, improving brand awareness, and generating leads through various digital marketing channels such as search engines, social media, email marketing, and display advertising. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with internal teams to optimize online presence and increase conversions while keeping up with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Digital Marketing Strategy Development:
• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company's goals.
• Identify and target specific audience segments using digital tools and techniques.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve the company’s online presence.
• Content Marketing & SEO:
• Create and oversee the production of high-quality content for blogs, websites, and social media platforms.
• Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic rankings (SEO) and drive traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Social Media Marketing:
• Manage the company's social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, , Twitter, and YouTube.
• Create and schedule engaging content that increases brand awareness and drives user engagement.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media channels.
• Paid Advertising (PPC & Display Ads):
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Ads.
• Monitor the performance of paid campaigns, adjust bids, and optimize targeting to ensure maximum ROI.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversion rates, and cost-per-click.
• Email Marketing:
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns.
• Segment email lists to ensure personalized content is delivered to target audiences.
• Monitor email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Analytics & Performance Tracking:
• Use web analytics tools like Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
• Measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization:
• Develop and manage lead generation strategies to attract and convert website visitors into leads.
• Implement conversion rate optimization techniques to improve the efficiency of landing pages, forms, and call-to-action buttons.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align digital marketing efforts with sales goals.
• Collaboration & Coordination:
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., content, design, product) to ensure consistency across all digital marketing efforts.
• Work closely with external agencies, vendors, or freelance professionals as needed to enhance digital marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure prompt and professional responses to online inquiries.
• Brand Building & Online Reputation Management:
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and marketing materials.
• Manage the company’s online reputation by monitoring reviews, ratings, and customer feedback.
• Develop strategies to enhance brand image and foster positive engagement.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field. A Master’s degree or certifications in digital marketing is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven success in managing and optimizing digital campaigns.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
• Strong knowledge of content marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to improve campaign performance.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and website management tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
