As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will form a part of the wider Digital Marketing and eCommerce team and are ultimately responsible for the planning, delivery and optimisation of NOW’s paid media performance campaigns, targeting both new and existing customers.
What You’ll Do
• Own NOW’s Ents and Cinema digital performance marketing across Programmatic, Paid Search and Paid Social channels to deliver against commercial targets
• In collaboration with our media agency, develop ground-breaking plans that leverage best-in-class digital marketing strategies and industry-leading trends whilst meeting in-quarter KPIs
• Ensure the generation of accurate and insightful reporting with actionable insights to identify areas for growth
• Lead on the implementation of a data driven test and learn approach to push for innovation across channels whilst maximising operational efficiency
• Support on contributing towards campaign planning milestones and collaborate with Sky Marketing, Digital and Media teams to align on activations and maximise investment
• Develop forums with our eCommerce and CRM teams to understand performance across all digital touchpoints and areas for optimisation
• Support in the management and upskilling of the Digital Marketing Executive
What You’ll Bring
• Experience in handling digital performance campaigns, ideally within an agency, client-side or media owner environment
• Excellent organisation and time management skills with the proven ability to manage and deliver multiple campaigns or projects, as well as managing stakeholder expectations
• Thrive on ownership and accountability, with a consistent track record of acting on your own initiative to deliver change
• Great communication skills that land key messages and influence effectively – across verbal, written and presentation output
• Excellent attention to detail and proficient with data visualisation; analytically minded and able to extract actionable insights
