Certsure is seeking a skilled and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development and optimisation of our digital platforms and technologies. Acting as a vital link between the Marketing and Communications Team and the Digital Experience Team, you will play a key role in driving traffic, improving digital performance, and implementing strategies that enhance customer engagement.
This is a management role that combines strategic thinking, technical expertise, and leadership. You will lead a team of specialists, work closely with internal teams and external partners, and take ownership of multiple digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Leadership:
• Act as the product owner for select Certsure digital platforms.
• Champion SEO and programmatic strategy to optimise traffic and conversions.
• Manage online review platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Stay informed on digital marketing trends, legal requirements, and compliance.
Campaign and Content Management:
• Drive promotional campaigns to boost platform traffic and conversion rates.
• Ensure all platform content is up-to-date and follows best practices.
• Provide strategic digital marketing advice to support outbound campaigns and PR activities.
Team and Stakeholder Management:
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and professional development for team members.
• Manage budgets and internal processes to meet strategic goals.
• Work across departments to support the digital transformation programme.
• Deputise for the Head of Digital Experience as needed.
Governance and Leadership:
• Promote Certsure’s principles of Technical Integrity, Customer Centricity, Simplification, Digital First, and Collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with governance, health and safety standards, and financial prudence.
• Develop talent management and succession plans for your team.
What We’re Looking For:
A qualification in marketing or equivalent experience in digital marketing.
Proven track record of leading successful digital marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in CRM systems, analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms.
Expertise in SEO and SEM techniques.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
Demonstrable leadership and management skills, with a focus on team development.
Knowledge of GDPR, cookie management, and digital compliance.
