Description
Shipyaari, a tech-based, fully-integrated logistics company, in its 10th year is at the cusp of transmuting itself and revolutionising the Indian logistics industry simultaneously. We are scouting for the like-minded professionals who love creating value by disrupting the ordinary.
Marketing is all about putting across the right message at just the right time to the right audience. We believe that Marketing, over the last few years, has evolved from being just an art to being more scientific. From the invention of the printing press, the first big break, to the invention of the Internet, the golden age, Marketing has come a long way. Consumers, in this day and age where online is the one of the significant channels to do business, need to be engaged in the digital space for acquisition as well as for retention. The importance of Digital Marketing hence can’t be overstated.
Digital & Data-Driven Marketing entails collecting and using relevant information to fuel marketing decisions and help scale-up the business. In today’s environment, more so in a new-age SaaS business that caters to a multi-billion supply chain industry across the globe, there’s a tremendous amount of data coming from all over the place, it’s coming from our Website, it’s coming from our Mobile Application, it’s coming from our Performance Marketing Initiatives and it’s even coming from our own Business Systems. Having a large amount of data isn’t a problem, but we want to extract useful information out of it to fuel the business growth. Good insights from data improve the quality of customers and help in identifying their attributes and interests, thereby make every single marketing dollar work harder and more efficient.
Data can unlock the insights of every individual, their likes and dislikes, their preferences, their behaviour, and their interaction. Data provides advantages for a Marketer to tailor the message and deliver it when the prospect is almost ready to purchase. Data Analytics help streamline the process, minimize the customer acquisition cost, and boost conversion rates. At Shipyaari, you’ll be a part of a high-performing Marketing team, delivering insights around our customers and product usage, and answering key business questions about product adoption and impact. Alongside you will also be responsible for spearheading company’s digital (including Social Media) strategy.
We’re looking for a self-starting professional with hands on experience and a proven track record in data & digital play in the realm of marketing and product management. The ideal candidate will look forward to coming to work each day and help us make our marketing more pointed and effective by infusing superlative customer intelligence in our customer engagement efforts. Needless to say, you need to be an experimentative, energetic and well-spoken manager.
We have offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Surat, Aurangabad and soon to be in Bengaluru.
