Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• The Digital Marketing Manager will support the business head in driving all initiatives related to the online marketplaces and website
• This role requires them to manage, execute, measure, and optimize the website/marketplace sales.
• They will be required to Manage cataloguing for products on all ecommerce portals. Creating new listings, updating images, updating title, content, keywords etc. on a regular basis.
• Create inventory requirement forecast as per current sales trends to make sure top sellers are always in stock.
• Coordinating with Operations team for creating shipments and making sure stock is available at platform warehouses across India as per demand.
• Conduct competitor analysis and track product launches, pricing and listings.
• Create, manage and optimize Ad campaigns on Marketplaces (Understanding of Amazon Ads is a must)
• Must be actively involved in SEO, SMO, SMM efforts.
• Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing & blogs publishing.
• Maintain partnerships with media agencies and account managers.
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
• Report on all digital marketing campaigns' performance across advertising platforms on daily basis and measure ROI and KPIs.
• Conduct RCA for changes in conversion rates in any part of the funnel
• Analyze heatmaps, scroll maps and conduct user research to generate hypotheses for performing experiments
• Setup web analytics infrastructure to support daily decision making.
• Manage day-to-day activities across all social media channels.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's / Master’s degree in any field (Engineering background Mandatory)
• 1-4 years of experience in an E-commerce role, preferably on Amazon marketplace.
• Good Knowledge of digital Marketing and building D2C Brands on E-commerce (preferred)
• Problem-solving and hustling attitude with great attention to detail (Mandatory)
• Should have analytical thinking capability. (Mandatory)
• Ability to work in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment across cross-functional teams (Mandatory)
• Ability to analyze data using Excel. (Mandatory)
