Generate leads: Identify and research potential customers or clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research. Stay updated on industry trends: Stay informed about the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Continuously update product knowledge and adapt sales strategies accordingly. Provide feedback: Share customer feedback, market insights, and suggestions for product or service enhancements with relevant teams within the company. Act as a liaison between customers and the organization. Collaborate with the team: Coordinate and collaborate with colleagues from different departments, such as marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve overall company goals.
