Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager at Usha RJ Shrivastava located in Borivali. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads, as well as managing and analyzing the performance of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising. The Digital Marketing Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions, and will be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, such as social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising
• Proven experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive traffic and generate leads
• Experience with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
• Familiarity with web design and HTML/CSS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
