Job description:
The candidate will be expected to build digital capabilities through agencies/local teams, implement & monitor high impact campaigns & be the custodian for digital asset creation for key markets in EM.
Digital Campaigns:
1) Evaluate existing agencies & setup new agencies to drive consumer centric brand campaigns
2) Custodian of start to end of campaign & ensure timely delivery of all campaign elements
3) Plan digital media spends & monitor progress of campaigns
4) Define key success metrices & share regular progress of key campaign metrices
5) Responsible to drive digital activation innovations across markets
Social Influencer Marketing:
1) Scale up KOL campaigns & make them an integral part of always-on strategy
2) Identify the right set of social influencers through local digital agencies
Digital Content Creation:
1) Website content creation & planning along with good understanding of customer experience, UI/UX
2) Ensure aherance to brand guidelines esp. during content development
3) Build content in social media channels esp. during non-campaign periods
Digital Capability:
1) Evaluate multiple agency proposals & invest monies in the right media buying mix
2) Regularly monitor SEO across markets & execute search text ad campaigns
3) Lead AOP for key digital brands & forge strong relationships with key digital partners
4) Explore alternate digital channels for reaching out effectively to the set target audiences
5) Run e-commerce based campaigns on market places like Lazada/Shoppee in Thailand, Jumia in Morocco
6) Educate brand product managers to drive direct liasoning with digital agencies
Digital Analytics:
1) Regular reporting of digital success metrices ~ organic & paid
2) Implement social listening
