Digital Marketing Head (3-5 years of experience)
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Head to join our team immediately. As the Digital Marketing Head, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including performance marketing, to drive brand awareness, increase online visibility, generate leads, and optimize conversions.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
2. Proven working experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, preferably with 3-5 years of experience, specifically focusing on performance marketing.
3. In-depth knowledge of performance marketing techniques, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, PPC campaigns, Meta Suite, Email campaigns, and conversion tracking.
4. Solid project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple performance marketing campaigns simultaneously.
5. Up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, with a focus on performance marketing, to enhance brand presence and achieve marketing objectives.
2. Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including performance-based advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling performance marketing campaigns, including ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion optimization strategies.
4. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of performance marketing campaigns, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
5. Implement A/B testing and data-driven optimization strategies to improve campaign performance and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
6. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with lead generation.
7. Maintain strong relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure effective delivery of performance marketing initiatives.
8. Develop and manage the performance marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost-efficiency.
