Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage company website (including all images, tools, and content)
• Oversee management of all digital channels (including updates, design, and user experience)
• Manage day-to-day messaging/posts
• Provide customer service by answering questions and concerns when necessary
• Conduct and report analysis of site and social traffic
• Establish and monitor ROI and KPIs
• Create, maintain, and implement digital marketing and editorial calendars
• Maintain effective cohesive, and engaging brand messaging
• Update and manage company blog, e-newsletter, and social media Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or a related field
• Work Experience: A minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing Skills Required
• Expertise in Internet Marketing & Social Media Optimization from SEO Perspective.
• Specialization in Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram and other social media is a must.
• Deep knowledge of Search Engine Optimization & Marketing and On-Page, Off-Page Optimization
• Researching relevant keywords to be targeted & Competitors Detailed Analysis, Meta Tags optimization & page content optimization.
• Working knowledge of web design principles, best practices, and content management platforms
• Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools.
• Possess strong analytical skills and comfort in dealing with numerical data
• Demonstrated ability to development and execute sales and marketing strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
