About The Role:
As a Digital Marketing manager, you will be responsible for scaling the business to 10X ROAS over the next 2-6 months. We are looking for a capable digital marketer who can take complete ownership of our paid marketing funnel. The role requires you to be a strong strategic thinker as well as a ground level execution specialist.
Responsibilities:
• Develop a deep understanding of the brand’s products and target audience to formulate the entire paid media strategy.
• Ideate and execute paid media strategies to achieve customer acquisition goals.
• Set up and run ad campaigns across platforms (Google, Facebook etc.)
• Tune campaigns and strategy to optimise paid media funnel.
• Compile data across several platforms and create weekly/monthly reports, including analysis for insights, optimizations and future strategy development.
• Displays organizational capabilities to track progress, execution and consistency of social advertising campaigns.
• Proven track record of performing and delivering a high ROAS.
• Ability to understand the ideal customer and define narrow targeting to acquire the right users.
• Good knowledge of Google and Facebook Analytics and a data driven approach to decision making.
Skills:
• Minimum of 2+ years of proven work experience.
• Creative and strategic thinker.
• Experience with paid channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, Linkedin Ads, etc.), Analytics (eg. Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager)
• A combination of analytical and creative thinking, with excellent attention to detail.
• Should know how to scale a brand and should have managed large budgets previously in direct capacity.
• Self-driven and adept at making micro and macro level decisions.

Salary- 25-30k per month
