Description
Responsibilities
1. Designing and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing department including our
marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
2. Planning and managing marketing campaigns, analyzing metrics, and identifying trends and
insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
3. Design, build, and maintain effective social media presence.
4. End to end coordination with advertising agencies starting from scope of work to effective
execution of campaign.
5. Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against
goals (ROI and KPIs).
6. Responsible for improving marketing results & ensure differentiation from Competitors.
7. Identifying the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing & implementation of same
for growth enhancement.
8. Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target
audience.
9. Coordinating with internal & external customers to brainstorm new and innovative growth
strategies and improve overall results.
10. Identifying, empanelling, Product listing & brand promotion on quick commerce &
ecommerce partners.
11. Regular upkeep of websites, blogs & all concerned social media pages.
12. Overseeing and managing all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
Desired Skills & Experience:
1. Strong experience of 7 - 10 years within an agency or MNC.
2. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital
campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
3. Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight,
Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
4. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
5. Exceptional Communication skills & strong analytical skills
6. Should possess exceptional relationship management skills & interpersonal skills
