Digital Marketing Manager
Experience level – 5-6 years
Justwords is scouting for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager for overseeing the entire fulfilment process on assigned clients, working with internal and external cross-functional teams. From developing SEO-focussed digital strategies, ensuring flawless execution of campaign elements, and detailed reporting on completed campaigns, you are the person in charge.
Candidates must possess a thorough knowledge of SEO, and the other digital agency marketing stack, relationship management and strategy development/implementation as you will be our clients’ go-to resource for all things digital marketing.
Main responsibilities
· Develop SEO and marketing strategies for brands/clients, build growth projections (monthly or quarterly or yearly), make sure they are implemented.
· Help the sales team with strategies for new client pitches.
· Find gaps in strategy and execution and smoothen it. Make sure client deliverables are met across multiple projects, revenue targets and budgets are met.
· Coordinate with clients, solve their problems and ensure growth targets are met.
· Build innovative SEO-driven campaigns and out-of-the-box, solid digital strategies that will boost growth for clients.
• Keep a stronghold over quality of output with close collaboration of different teams. Measure performance of different teams to match perfect delivery results.
· Ensure the team works in a responsible and disciplined manner. Ensure that the work done by the team meets quality parameters. Your responsibility in ensuring quality and timely delivery is most crucial.
· Build a good rapport with the client and ensure they remain satisfied with performance. This means understanding the business, answering queries and also hand-holding them through various recommendations and suggestions that we as marketing partners have. The KAM should shape and influence their marketing expectations, and get timely approvals.
· Brainstorm with different teams to understand issues, problems, and make sure the roadblocks are removed.
· Monitor, analysis & report performance using Google Analytics and webmaster tools of multiple search engines.
· Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, strategies and algorithm changes.
· Perform weekly site audits and identify scope of improvement in product, content and implementation of analytics
What you must have:
· Atleast 4 years of experience in deep SEO, ideally in a digital marketing agency.
· Should have proven expertise in project management and client handling of both India and International clients.
· Should be excellent in communication and speak English fluently.
· Should have experience handling multiple projects in an agency.
· Should be willing to work in Gurgaon.
· Must have in-depth technical understanding of onpage and offpage, and mobile SEO.
· Expert user of Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, Ahrefs, SEMRUSH, Screaming frog and at least one market-leading tool for tracking user activity on websites.
· Experienced troubleshooter with high proficiency in relevant diagnostic tools.
