Whizz HR is on a look for an Digital Marketing Manager to work with a leading 360 degree advertising agency at Gurgaon
Role & Responsibilities:
• Execute on media strategies, insights generation, measurement and reporting, ensuring the channel plays a lead role in supporting our client’s digital journey
• Optimize KPI’s to maximize ROI of each marketing rupee spent within weekly budget restraints
• Understands and is intimately aware of competitive activity in paid search, ensures that SEM campaigns are set-up to deliver competitive advantage.
• Optimize the end-to-end campaign (including targeting segments, creative, remarketing tactics, etc.) on an ongoing basis in real-time with focus on personalization.
• Deliver detailed and actionable insights and strategic recommendations, provide interpretation, guidance and recommendations to drive business performance
• Produce &; manage keyword research, technical, content and SEM audits – analysis and optimization recommendations
• Lead day-to-day engagement with clients and key internal team to deliver best-in-class SEM strategies and programs
• Develop and test new campaigns to better target users and improve overall marketing efficiencies
Key Skills & Competencies Required
• Demonstrated Managerial / Team Leadership Skills
• Advanced knowledge of Facebook ads (Blueprint certification a bonus)
• Google Ads Certified with Advanced knowledge (Search / Display / Mobile / Video)
• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics (Certification is a bonus)
• Basic knowledge of Tag Management system (Google Tag Manager)
• Basic knowledge of website optimization, with a focus on landing page conversation and A/B testing
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skill
• Knowledge of and ability to use various research tools
• Education: Engineering candidates preferred
• DV360 is a must
