About the team

Swaggle is a bunch of pet obsessives on a mission to lighten your pet-parenting load and aim to make you and your pet’s life pawsitively better! Swaggle is Australia’s newest online pet retail startup. With over a year in market, and some incredible growth under our belts we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who is up for the challenge of helping us grow brand awareness and orders through organic content and disruptive campaigns.


As a challenger brand taking on a big category we’re after someone who has experience driving results at a rapid pace with all the challenges and benefits that come from working in a startup.


What you’ll be doing:

Own and optimise Swaggle’s organic content strategy across social, SEO, email and CRM
Lead the planning and rollout of marketing campaigns that build brand and drive orders
Partner with agencies on content creation, viral social moments and SEO growth
Manage and scale CRM programs (we use Klaviyo) driving smarter customer journeys and always-on campaigns
Be the voice of Swaggle across our owned channels, ensuring everything we say and do pushes boundaries, entertains pet parents and makes them laugh
Report on the performance of these channels – bring fresh ideas, test and learn and scale what works

What you’ll bring:

4+ years in digital marketing with hand-on experience across content, social and CRM
Experience managing and growing organic social channels, from setting strategy to execution
Confidence using CRM platforms (Klaviyo a bonus) and an obsession with email automation, A/B testing and optimisation
A data-led approach to content – you’re tracking engagement, orders and traffic, not just likes
Strong grasp of SEO best practice and experience using AI, plus human touch to supercharge content creation
A passion for challenger brands and helping brands grow
