Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in paid advertising and SEO. You’ll plan and manage ad campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and Snapchat, while also overseeing organic SEO strategy and performance. Experience handling international clients is a must.
Key Responsibilities
Strategize, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and Snapchat
Create conversion-focused, full-funnel strategies for international markets (Australia, UAE, etc.)
Oversee SEO initiatives including on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
Collaborate with content, design, and web teams to align paid and organic efforts
Monitor and report campaign and SEO performance with actionable insights
Handle communication, reporting, and performance reviews with global clients
Stay updated with platform changes, SEO trends, and marketing innovations
Requirements
3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency
Proven track record in managing campaigns across Meta, Google, and Snapchat
Solid knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics
Experience working with international clients and understanding regional nuances
Strong communication, reporting, and leadership skills
Ability to multitask and manage projects under tight deadlines
Nice to Have
Digital ad certifications (Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, etc.)
Experience with tools like GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, or Zoho
Understanding of lead generation strategies for B2B and service-based industries
