Position: Digital Marketing Head
Role Overview:
We're looking for a hands-on data-driven Head of Digital Marketing who will lead our company's inbound marketing efforts. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in online organic and paid channels.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage our digital marketing strategy including SEO/SEM, email, social media, software discovery sites, content syndication, display advertising, affiliate marketing etc.
• Specific responsibilities include crafting strategy for all geographies we work in to meet MQL targets; allocating budgets; determining the tactical mix; designing and testing ad copies, calls to action and landing pages for high CRO
• You will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads, and nurturing for Sales handoff
• Strengthen our social media presence through paid and organic strategies for Follower and Engagement increase from our ICP
• Manage hands-on daily operation of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms to drive growth.
• Manage 3rd party media partners for media buying, executing integrated marketing campaigns and measuring results
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) on a monthly basis
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams for production of ad creatives, landing pages etc. to optimize user experience.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 8-10 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, preferably including 3+ years in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• Proven expertise in Organic and Paid channels
• Managed a monthly ads budget upward of $20k
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Semrush etc)
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Ability to work with a team across multiple projects in a fast- paced environment.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
