Responsibilities:
• Develop dynamic social media strategies and content to boost brand presence and engagement.
• Manage all aspects of our email marketing campaigns, including template design in MailChimp.
• Utilize tools like Adobe Photoshop for content creation and video editing across platforms.
• Execute and optimize advertising campaigns across various social platforms and Google Ads.
• Analyze social media activity and ROI using Google Analytics, setting measurable campaign goals.
• Monitor and respond to audience engagement and sentiment across all social media channels.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and digital technologies, integrating them into our strategies.
• Prepare and present monthly reports on social media trends and campaign performance to the management.
• Ensure consistent branding across all online marketing efforts, providing creative advertising suggestions.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and video editing tools.
• Experience managing email marketing campaigns, including using platforms like MailChimp.
• Strong knowledge of ad campaign management on various social platforms and Google Ads.
• Proficiency in using Google Analytics to track and analyze social media activity and ROI.
• Exceptional audience engagement skills and experience in managing online community feedback.
• Staying informed on the latest social media trends and digital technologies.
• Experience in reporting and presenting analytical findings on social media trends and campaign performance.
• Understanding of branding principles, consistency, and their impact on online marketing efforts.
Timings:
This role offers a unique and flexible work schedule designed to optimize productivity and accommodate personal needs. You'll be operating in two distinct shifts: the first from 12 noon to 5 pm and the second from 8.30 pm to 12.30 am.
Moreover, to promote work-life balance and flexibility, we have adopted a hybrid working model. You will enjoy the convenience of working from home four days a week. However, on two designated days, your presence will be required in the office from 12 noon to 5 pm, fostering team collaboration and enhancing inter-departmental communication. This schedule allows for concentrated work periods while offering ample downtime in between.
