Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager who is not only experienced but also exceptionally creative. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on email marketing. This role requires a forward-thinker who can bring fresh ideas to the table and lead our marketing team to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
- Lead the creation of innovative marketing campaigns across various digital channels including email, social media, and content marketing.
- Oversee the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging and visually appealing marketing materials.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, ensuring our strategies remain cutting-edge.
- Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing.
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing software.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
