5. Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints efficiently

6. Research and identify potential leads through online platforms (LinkedIn, Google, industry directories.

7. Generate and qualify leads via email, phone calls, and social media outreach

8. Maintain and update lead database in an organized and timely manner
