• Craft strategies for the entire marketing function.
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and marketing campaigns
• Knowledge in CRO, ASO, Mobile marketing, marketing automation, CRM Salesforce, pardot, moeengage app
• Understand the consumer behavior, identify user segments & execute relevant marketing campaigns.
• Set up the processes to ensure consistency in communication across all marketing efforts.
• Prepare the budget for the marketing campaigns.
• Track and improve continuously the performance against goals/objectives.
• Monitor competition in terms of customers. acquisition, retention and monetization practices, pricing changes, new products and features.
• Identify opportunities to reach new segments and expand market share.
• Mentor and train the team - on best marketing practices & latest innovations.

Must have-
• Excellent Communication Skills specially written
• Strong understanding of digital market including SEO, SEM, Social Media, Affiliate, Influencer and Marketing Automation.
• Strategic thinking from brand building perspective
• Strong leadership skills & should have handled large people team
• Analytical mind and experience of 8-10 years.
