Job Description: Digital Marketing Manager
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for running and tracking campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram Ads. You will also play a critical role in monitoring lead generation, ensuring lead quality, creating new campaigns, and collaborating with the design team to create captivating creatives.
Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management:
- Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram Ads.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness and reach the target audience.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary adjustments to optimize ROI.
2. Lead Generation and Quality Monitoring:
- Track and monitor lead generation activities to ensure effective lead acquisition.
- Analyze and assess the quality of leads generated to improve lead nurturing and conversion rates.
- Implement lead scoring mechanisms and collaborate with the sales team to establish lead qualification criteria.
3. New Campaign Creation:
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new campaign opportunities.
- Develop and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
4. Creative Collaboration:
- Coordinate with the design team to develop visually appealing and engaging creatives for campaigns.
- Provide creative direction and guidelines to ensure brand consistency and optimize performance.
- Continuously explore new design ideas and formats to improve campaign performance and user experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience in running successful digital marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram Ads.
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and experience in tracking and analyzing lead quality.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms for campaign management and performance tracking.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
