About The Role:
As an early member, you will play a key role at building and shaping our marketing team. You will be responsible for leading marketing that contributes to our growth strategy and to support the enablement of Lockr’s products.
This role involves working cross-functionally with our design, product, development and sales teams, to successfully establish and execute strategic marketing.
Given that we’re building a modern financial system for businesses in a completely nascent market, you’ll have a greenfield opportunity to solve challenging problems in untapped market segments.
Job Description:
• Utilises strong digital marketing & analytical capabilities to define and plan digital marketing strategies.
• Responsible for execution and monitoring activities to improve online marketing performance and lead generation through different platforms: Facebook, Google AdWords, search engines, etc.
• Comfortable learning and diving into alternative advertising platforms that are crypto-friendly
• Drown in SEMrush and provide daily insights to the content, web and product team.
• Conduct competitive analysis and develop combat strategies in the digital realm — both the real world and the Metaverse.
• Optimise digital marketing roadmap, report KPI performance and plan with management on the current trends for content, SEO guidelines and social media engagements.
• Build the growth & marketing team across areas including but not limited to social & community, communications, PR, events, performance marketing, SEO etc.
• Keeping an eye on shifting trends in the fintech industry to ensure that content is relevant and timely.
Requirements:
• A wealth of relevant experience in managing digital marketing & communications for large corporations, i.e. CPC, CPM, Bidding strategy, etc.
• Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy & best practices.
• Willing ability to develop from scratch and move fast within the organisation.
• Knowledge of the financial or capital market industry
