Requirements • Possess 5+ years’ experience within the digital marketing industry with a strong understanding of social media and community management • Must be proficient in various Paid media platforms & Strategies, Budgeting, and Timelines • Excellent communication and management skills • Effectively work with a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary team • Able to connect the synergistic value of all the elements of a client program • Should be an analytical thinker and formulate insights, experience in budget forecasting and management. • Solid knowledge of marketing tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, GupShup, Sprinkler etc. • Sound awareness of Loyalty marketing and programs • Work in partnership with the creative team, guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public- facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets • Stay updated on the strategic digital landscape (consumers, competition, platforms, and technologies) • Coordinate with sales team for execution of Trade specific programs • Conduct market research to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads • Retail Experience is a plus. Responsibilities • Design, deployment and analyse the social media promotions and social postings • Directly reporting to Regional Manager/Director and Department Head • Ability to choose the winning creative among a group of ideas based on a mix of technical knowledge and intuition • Understand market segments related to the brand and create sales opportunities • Support campaigns and programs execution across digital channels • Identify recommendations for optimization based on performance • Manage other activities including competition analysis, sentiment analysis, response handling • Documenting and presenting your learnings, successes, and failures to the team during our weekly meetings and internal strategy sessions • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) • Deriving insights from data analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Ad Reporting, FB and other social channels (FB, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube) insights to help inform your marketing decisions • Collaborate across communities to develop digitally centred programs (Digital contests & other marketing activities) • Research and keep pace with social media / digital industry trends and developments • Increase Brand Visibility across product categories
