Role & Responsibilities:
As a digital marketing specialist, you’ll work as part of a larger marketing team to help create interest in and excitement for a company’s products or services to attract customers, as well as drive revenue.
You will manage demand generation campaigns to nurture leads from various channels such as company articles, webinars, events, etc. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of demand generation to achieve revenue goals that support the company’s fast-paced growth.
As a digital marketing specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
● Designing, planning, managing, and optimizing integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate a pipeline
● Creating impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities
● Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of demand generation activities on sales pipeline, revenue, and demand funnel velocity.
● Working closely with the team lead for both granular tracking, reporting, and efficient lead management in the handoff from marketing to sales
● Build and maintain detailed dashboards for reporting on our demand engine
● Overseeing vendor selection and contracts as needed
Qualifications / Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
● 5-10 years of digital marketing and demand generation experience in B2B/SaaS/Tech marketing
● Extensive experience in the development of creative campaigns and execution of email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, and paid digital
● Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend down to the most granular details while providing roll-up reporting to senior management
● Ability to collaborate, build relationships, and drive results across teams and at all levels of an organization
● Strong technical skills with web analytics, marketing automation (Hubspot)
● A digital marketing portfolio of produced marketing work
