We’re on the lookout for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to lead the charge in shaping our digital presence, campaign execution, and content strategies across various in-house projects and brands.

What You'll Do:
Social Media Strategy & Management:
Lead day-to-day management of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube & Facebook
Develop engaging monthly content calendars and campaign ideas
Coordinate with design and video teams to bring posts, reels, and stories to life
Digital Marketing & Paid Campaigns:
Plan and run Meta & Google Ads (targeting, budgeting, optimization)
Support funnel development and conversion-focused digital strategies
Implement basic SEO/SEM best practices for better reach and visibility
Utilize tools (and AI where relevant) to improve content delivery and campaign performance
Workflow & Collaboration:
Work with interns or team assistants to delegate and manage weekly deliverables
Ensure smooth collaboration with designers/editors for timely execution
Share weekly reports, campaign metrics, and creative insights with leadership
Analytics & Growth:
Monitor KPIs like engagement, reach, and ROI across platforms
Identify trends, opportunities, and improvements using insights
Keep strategies fresh and aligned with current digital trends
What You Bring:
2-4 years of experience in social media and digital marketing
Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva, and analytics dashboards
Understanding of SEO/SEM principles and performance-driven marketing
Familiarity with tools (including AI-powered platforms) for scheduling, analytics, or optimization
A proactive, organized, and ownership-driven work ethic
Strong communication skills and creative instincts
Leadership potential and comfort working in fast-paced teams
