This individual should have a successful track record in corporate website, performance marketing and analytics of digital campaigns well as running social media campaigns. This professional is expected to be one step ahead of the market by taking the 'First Mover Advantage'.
Responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the business's online presence, focused on website, social media, SEM, SEO, direct marketing, digital campaigns, content and more.
• Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels such as social, email, ads, web, app, search engine positioning, and loyalty programs using necessary tools.
• Strategize, manage, maintain social media platforms for the company; maintain a social media content calendar; design & execute social media posts.
• Run digital campaigns, including customer profiling & database building.
• Manage SEM/PPC campaigns including Google Ads, Twitter Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads etc.
• Strategize, manage, maintain website(s) content including SEO content.
• Strategize and perform SEO for all web content and SMO for all social content.
• Manage website(s) and campaign landing pages as well as also optimize them with plug-ins, etc.
• Leverage HubSpot to create, manage, maintain email marketing content.
• Define, monitor, analyze and optimize KPIs (visits, conversation rate, CPC, ROI, cost analysis, return rate, etc.) across different sources such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, LinkedIn Analytics, Twitter Campaign Analytics, Digital 3rd Party Media Reports.
• Develop basic designs for the brand directly using tools like Canva.
• Update website(s) for content/copy, posting new assets, releasees and more (non design update) directly using Wordpress.
• Develop, implement, manage, track and optimize SEO/ASO strategies across all digital touchpoints.
• Perform ASO for increasing app downloads.
• Develop, implement, manage, track, and optimize all email marketing content.
• Identify trends and insights and evaluate emerging technologies to optimize campaigns.
• Develop, execute and track multivariate tests and growth experiments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and manage agencies/vendors/partners as needed.
• Own Media (social media + YouTube) management
Qualification and Experience
• Bachelor or master's degree in communications, journalism, public relations or equivalent AND/OR Evidence of Exceptional ability for the role.
• +-12 years' experience in digital marketing.
• Fluent in English and other language will be added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years digital marketing experience in a B2B technology/SaaS organization
• Desirable 2 years in DC or Telecom industry
• Proven success in as many aspects of the JD especially maintaining websites, ensuring the right SEO, SEM, keywords strategy.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience essential
• Hands-on Canva design experience essential.
• Hands-on Wordpress experience to update website(s)
• Demonstrable experience and success in using digital tools & platforms such as Google Ads, Hubspot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO tools, Word press etc.
• Working knowledge of setting up and maintaining digital touchpoints.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Content creation for a range of digital programs desirable.
• Comfortable with a single/direct contributor role.
