iDesign.Market is an online marketplace and SaaS business dedicated to home renovation & interior design. The company has been funded by Angel Investors and leading tech entrepreneurs who are a part of our advisory board also. The company is growing at a rapid pace and is looking to establish a strong presence in the Interior and Construction Tech segment.
About the Role:
1) As a Digital growth manager you'll work on the latest ideas to keep increasing the traffic, conversion adoption on iDesign and its Apps. This will include deeply delving into channels like SEO, Email Marketing, WA Integration etc
2) You will be assisting the team on various marketing and operational initiatives
3) You will be coordinating for all Media & PR Activities
4) You will also be coordinating for Team Growth and pacing any recruitment related activity
5) Collaborating with product and tech teams to provide the best user experience for new users- Exploring new channels for growth and lead their end-to-end execution
6) Experimenting continuously on creatives and design to drive ROI
What you need to have:-
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree from a reputed college
12 months + experience in digital marketing at a high growth Web organisation-
We are looking for candidates with:
1) Strong quantitative mindset and data driven approach to digital marketing-
2) Hands-on experience in managing Facebook Ads, Google Ads at scale-
3) Experience in understanding data using Google Analytics/ Clevertap/ AppsFlyer or any other analytics or attribution tool
4) Experience in cross-team collaboration, team management and agency management
Job Remuneration:-
Job Location: Delhi
Salary : CTC 3.0 to 5.0 Lac per annum

The team has been working on the product for over 2 years now and believe that iDesign Pro has the potential to become a household name in the home design industry
