Responsibilities
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for clients' campaigns.
• Identify target audiences and create customer personas to drive targeted marketing campaigns.
• Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement. Use data insights to optimize campaigns and improve overall marketing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other team members including SEO, SEM, development and creative teams, to develop integrated marketing campaigns and ensure consistent messaging across all digital channels.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing. Apply new insights and techniques to enhance marketing strategies and drive innovation.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure the effective execution of digital marketing campaigns. Monitor and evaluate agency performance and provide feedback as needed.
• Develop and maintain budgets for digital marketing activities. Monitor expenses and ROI to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.to ensure compliance in all digital marketing activities.

Requirements
• 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing.
