Main Responsibilities of a Marketing Manager
Your main responsibilities will include:
Developing strategic marketing campaigns to achieve business results and drive brand awareness and engagement
Ensuring that marketing plans and messaging are aligned with the overall business strategy, reinforcing brand positioning, and effectively reaching targeted audiences
Designing and delivering scalable marketing programs and campaigns that provide value-added content tailored to company needs and interests
Supporting integrated marketing and communications across various channels, including internal, external, PR, digital, social, and web platforms
Acting as a brand champion, both internally and externally, to ensure full compliance with brand guidelines and messaging across all marketing solutions
Working closely with different stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of strategic marketing plans, defining success criteria, measuring the effectiveness of initiatives, and reporting on results
Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders to maintain smooth project execution
Collaborating across teams to develop key messages for campaigns, programs, and content syndication, including thought leadership, market reports, surveys, and client success stories
Staying up-to-date with market developments and competitor strategies to continuously refine marketing strategies and stay ahead of industry trends
Key Requirements
• You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• You have prior experience in a similar role
• You have a good knowledge of various aspects of marketing, including brand marketing, PR, content management, digital marketing & performance marketin
• You have excellent written & verbal communication ski
