Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for real estate projects from launch to closure
Align marketing strategies with sales targets, inventory movement, and business goals
Plan and execute project positioning, pricing communication, and go-to-market strategies
2. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Manage social media platforms, website updates, and digital ad campaigns to drive high-quality leads
Execute campaigns across Google Ads, Meta platforms, and property portals
Optimize campaigns based on Cost per Lead (CPL), conversion rates, and ROI
Coordinate closely with sales teams to improve lead conversion efficiency.
3. Content, Branding & Communication
Strengthen brand visibility and recall through consistent messaging across channels
Oversee creation of marketing collateral (brochures, creatives, videos, site branding)
Ensure strong online presence through engaging and relevant content.
4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour
Provide actionable insights for campaign optimization, pricing strategy, and product positioning
Identify new opportunities for market expansion and customer targeting
5. Events & On-Ground Marketing
Plan and execute project launches, site visits, promotional events, and exhibitions
Drive local area marketing, hoardings, and activation campaigns to increase walk-ins
Ensure seamless execution of end-to-end event coordination
6. Channel Partner & Vendor Management
Develop and manage broker/channel partner networks
Coordinate with digital agencies, creative vendors, and media partners
Ensure timely delivery and quality of marketing initiatives
7. Employer Branding & Strategic Initiatives
Partner with HR to drive employer branding initiatives showcasing company culture and growth opportunities
Support social media storytelling, employee engagement campaigns, and career page development
Build a strong brand reputation not only for customers but also as an employer of choice
8. Budgeting & Performance Tracking
Manage marketing budgets with a focus on cost optimization and ROI maximization
Track and report on key metrics like lead generation, campaign performance, and conversion rates
Use data-driven insights for continuous improvement and decision-making
