Job Description
IBN Tech is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for development and execution of end-to-end digital marketing strategy managing a cross-functional team of content writers, SEO and PPC executives, email marketing, web development and designing resources.
With a sharp focus on long-term business objectives, this candidate is a leader who, when required does one or more of the following for the team to measurably improve business metrics: trains, guides, mentors, facilitates, co-ordinates, gets hands dirt to ensure the short-term business objectives are met and medium-term business objectives stay on track
Responsibilities include:
• Ensure best practices are maintained across channels: SEO, PPC, Content, Website and others.
• Serve as the main point of contact for everything related to Digital Marketing and its operations
• Strategize and execute digital marketing campaigns with and as per their specific needs, goals, and objectives
• Train team members on basic business knowledge, SEO, target audiences, user behaviour, user intent and its impact on website, etc. as and when required.
• Manage different channels (Website, Content, PPC, social media, analytics, etc.) and ensure quality and timelines of deliverables, including but not limited to traffic (organic, inorganic), leads and more.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing efforts, provide insights and recommendations, as well as assess against goals
• Review new developments and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
• Coordinate with concerned stakeholders, as and when necessary
• Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to help increase organic web traffic.
• Focus on growth hacking with an objective to explode organic traffic, leads, referring domains, quality back links, etc.
• Working and brainstorming with concerned stakeholders (technology, sales, delivery, client support, etc.) to identify customers needs and gaps in our digital marketing approach and share suggestions.
• Conduct media outreach when appropriate, for public relations article placement
• Coordinate content copy for media outlet requests for publication Preferred Experience & Ambition:

Digital Marketing Experience:

• Updated on the latest algorithmic changes of Google and other search engines.
• A very sharp focus on fundamentals of SEO and a drive to achieve organic rankings and incremental traffic
• Masters Degree in marketing, business or similar
• Ability to identify trends in data, analyse data and suggest action points
• Understanding and Knowledge of Cloud Services, Finance and Accounts, KPO from an outsourcing and B2B standpoint, a plus
• Understanding and knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools
• Understanding and knowledge of Core SEO, Technical SEO and content marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong prioritization, organization, people and project management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize deadlines accordingly Personal attributes:
