Job Description
• Develop and execute the entire Digital Marketing strategy.
• Delivering robust, ROI centric digital marketing campaigns
• Identifying target audience across devices & plan campaigns accordingly. Identify trends, insights & optimize spends as well as performance based on insights (ROIs & KPIS)
• Collaborate with agencies, publishers & other vendors, internal brand team to ensure sync on all online platforms.
• Cost bench marking, monitoring, verifying and optimizing the digital spends to ensure it meets budgeted expectations.
• Analyse performance of every campaign to develop insights, corrective actions and improvements.
• Regularly develop & revise the content for new and innovative ways to reach our target audiences online.
• Develop reports of performance of the campaigns as MIS
• Ensure Market penetration, domestic, international as well as middle east through online sales.
• Ensure target achievement through online sales along with marketwise demographics.
• Liaise with different stakeholders across the organization and external agencies.
• Manage the conceptualization, development, regular updates and functionality of all the group’s Digital properties.
FUNCTIONAL LINKAGES
A. Reporting To: Team Lead - Project Marketing
B. Internal Customers: Sales, CRM, Brand and Marketing Team
C. External Contacts: Digital agencies for website and lead-gen, aggregators, vendors offering new services of digital marketing.
QUALIFICATION
• Graduate, Digital Marketing Specialist
SKILLS
• Should be versatile across a gamut of online media activities (SEO/SEM/PPC/WhatsApp & Email Marketing/ Native Platforms/ SMS)
• Should have significant experience leveraging all online channels for Social Media Marketing/ Viral Marketing
• Solid knowledge of analytics tool (Google analstics, Google Adwords, Google Data studio, FB business manager). Updated with latest trends on online marketing & its measurement.
• Should be able to setup, run and optimize campaigns using Facebook Business Manager and Google Adwords
• Salesforce or relevant CRM tool management experience is a must.
• A self-started who can manage the process with low to no monitoring.
• Network within the industry will be a big advantage.
• Integrity would be the most important parameter of hiring, given the access to live data.
• Should have a proven track record of delivering numbers at a top real estate company.
