- Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Performance Marketing Manager to oversee and optimize our digital marketing campaigns.
- The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in paid media, analytics, and digital strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:.
Campaign Strategy & Execution:.
- Develop, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ensure campaigns align with business goals and deliver measurable ROI.
Budget Management:.
- Allocate and manage marketing budgets to maximize efficiency and performance.
- Track spending to ensure adherence to financial targets.
Optimization & Analytics:.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI) and optimize for better results.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segmentation.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other performance tracking software for in-depth insights.
Customer Journey & Funnel Management:.
- Analyze and improve the digital customer journey to increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to enhance landing pages and ad creatives.
Collaboration & Team Coordination:.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, product, and sales, to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
- Liaise with external agencies and vendors when required.
Market Research & Trends:.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and tools.
- Implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
Key Qualifications:.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
A Master's degree is a plus.
Experience: 5+ years in performance marketing with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
Technical Skills:.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, GA4, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Expertise in SEO and SEM strategies.
Soft Skills:.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
