Responsibilities:
-Develop strategies for lasting digital connections with consumers.
-Manage the company’s social media presence on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
-Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook, etc., to boost brand awareness and generate leads.
--Actively engage in SEO efforts, including keyword and image optimization.
Prepare and distribute online newsletters and promotional emails.
-Provide creative content marketing ideas and collaborate on website creation.
-Work with designers to enhance user experience.
-Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools.
-Stay updated on online marketing trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
-Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
-Generate, edit, publish, and share daily engaging content.
-Plan, update, and oversee the social media calendar, ensuring deadlines are met.
-Coordinate with marketing agencies to ensure project delivery.
Requirements and Skills:
-Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
-Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
-Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
-Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
-Real estate marketing experience and familiarity with the real estate market.
-Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
-Creative content writing skills.
-Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-BSc/BA in marketing or a relevant field
