Roles & Responsibilities
• Executing to deliver an end-to-end marketing roadmap for product and services launch.
• Social Media Marketing – execute end-to-end the paid and organic social media strategy including monthly data capture for the Digital Marketing Lead to review/analyze.
• Ensure the UI-UX are matching the standards and come with innovations and creative ideas around the same to manage website graphics with creative thinking, including home page graphics and site banners
• Manage the website with Shopify Plus/Shopify back end.
• Email Marketing – execute end-to-end the email marketing strategy for all online stores, including monthly data capture for the Digital Marketing Lead to review/analyze.
• Strategic planning and implementation of SEO/SEM/CRO.
• SEO, PPC, Website and landing page development, sales funnel strategy/execution, CRO and branding.
• Managing and maintaining all aspects of SEO, Adwords and monthly analytic reporting across the e-commerce sites and digital mark.
• Optimisation to achieve defined goals such as improved CTR, increased conversion rate, improve relevancy and quality scores in line with defined budgets.
• Have an understanding of all on-page SEO best practices such as user content optimization, meta-data optimization and SEO-friendly site architecture (i.e. URL structure, internal linking, SEO-best practices for content pages).
• Collate, analyse, optimise, and produce timely and insightful reports for all digital marketing campaigns, using these statistics to influence future digital activity.
• Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns. Improve conversion metrics & ROI efficiencies.
• Create digital content including websites, blogs, articles, animated explainer videos, etc.
• Generate, edit, publish and share content daily (original text, images, video, and HTML)
• Create visual concepts for promotional activities.
• Establish our online presence and create brand awareness.
• Run day-to-day social media and search engine optimization audits to ensure best practices are being used.
• Editing marketing material
• Producing SEO-rich copy for website graphics, including home page graphics and site banners.
• Co-ordinate with the graphics team to create engaging display ads for Google Ads marketing campaigns
• The reporting of all channels (digital and traditional) for major campaigns including publications, store events and website performance.
• Improve customer engagement using various marketing strategies.
• Generate, edit, publish and share content daily (original text, images, video, and HTML)

This Role Requires:
• Bachelor’s Degree in E-Commerce/Marketing and/or communications or higher is preferable.
• 5+ years of experience executing digital marketing campaigns at international/global level
• 5+ years of experience in managing social media at international/global level
• Google Ads and Google Analytics Certified
• Someone who values quality; care about craftsmanship and take pride in their work.
• A passion for learning and enhancing your existing skills.
• Speed and ability to hit deadlines that you set for yourself.
• Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest etc.)
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple, overlapping and potentially conflicting priorities
• Background in strategic thinking, with the ability to see the ‘big picture’.
• Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access), Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM and CMS software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once; strong time management skills and can deliver high-quality results on time while having a strong focus on the target.
• Background in executing strategic thinking, with the ability to see the ‘big picture.
• Ability to work independently and on own initiative.
• Track record of achieving e-commerce sales growt
• A positive, professional attitude with the ability to succeed in a team.
