Digital Marketing Officer

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (part time hours considered)
Location: Peace, Watford
Salary: £29,027 per annum (pro rata)
Closing date: 14 August 2025 at 12 noon
Interview date: 3 September 2025
The role of Digital Marketing Officer is in place to create, deliver and evaluate the digital aspects of a marketing strategy roadmap that delivers annual objectives agreed with each Directorate under strategic priorities: Patients, Excellence, Future Sustainability, Data and People.

You will therefore need to demonstrate your abilities in the following areas:

Supporting the Senior Digital & Performance Manager, contribute to fresh ideas for specific digital implementation and performance evaluation, in line with the strategic marketing roadmap.
Work on and project manage specific agreed projects where digital implementation and performance evaluation will help us achieve campaign objectives, whether for patient services, income generation, recruitment or general brand awareness.
Monitor reports and gather insight to help determine data-driven decisions around channel activity, such as best use of email database, areas most relevant in website performance, increased income opportunities to help understand how best to deliver objectives.
Help deliver email marketing best practice, including planning ahead content for monthly newsletters, agreeing campaign schedules, full testing, tracking and list cleansing agreed with the Database Manager.
Support with Rennie Grove Peace paid advertising and deliver own channel media campaigns accurately across all platforms, including website, email marketing, SEO, paid advertising, Engaging Networks and other relevant channels.
Develop relationships with external marketing support, including performance agencies, platform experts, digital content designers and any strategic advisors used as part of your plan.
Acting as a Rennie Grove Peace ambassador within the community.
