About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Project Manager candidate with at least 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This role will involve supporting the marketing team through managing projects, as well as facilitating coordination and communication within the department. Responsibilities include partnering with creative agencies, MAC, and brand teams to route HCP and patient content through Veeva for distribution via various channels.
Successfully manage transition of all approved Veeva materials into MAC system.
Liaise with agencies and Finance Department to execute expense reports, Statements of Work, Purchase Orders, etc.
Lead C3 contracting and invoicing process for partnerships with patients and HCPs.
