Looking to hire a Growth and Performance specialist who will help drive new user growth through paid and organic media channels and also help build and manage campaigns across a variety of digital channels.
Job Responsibilities
● Effectively managing marketing campaigns across Paid media channels like Google Search,
Google Display and Facebook Ads, Criteo Affiliates.
● Responsible for managing agencies to achieve Goals and ROI targets.
● Identifying New Channels to generate Leads and revenue, and increase traffic on the company website.
● Manage Social Media advertising using performance goals that drive new user adoption.
● Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of reports, budgets, campaign performance, ROI, LTV, and other channel metrics.
● Responsible for a data-driven approach to managing campaigns and driving insights on strategy and performance.
● Creating and managing weekly and monthly reporting of lead and revenue-generated website traffic.
● Monitor web analytics dashboards and key reporting tools, pointing out key areas of importance.
● Communicate weekly updates, progress reports, timelines, and results.
● Work closely with the other brand teams on communication and creatives.
Required Skills
● Good in strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making ability.
● Strong knowledge of near Facebook ads, near analytics, SMS, and
● Ability to define and drive efficiency through continuous process improvement.
● Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and manage.
● Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market
