Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Executive
• Develop marketing strategies that align with the organisation's business goals.
• Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
• Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimise user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.

Influencer Marketing Executive

1. Influencer discovery and building the influencer database

2. Interacting with the influencers

3. Executing campaigns on digital platforms primarily on Instagram, Twitter and YouTube

4. Negotiating with influencers

5. Follow up with influencers and clients and negotiate to get the contract

6. Work with famous social media influencers for platform projects such as Instagram, and YouTube

7. Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns

8. Must have knowledge of Advance Excel and complete knowledge of Internet.

9. Excellent skills in Marketing, data entry, filing.

Social Media Executive
• Updating our social media accounts and posting content.
• Overseeing ad campaigns, promotions, and competitions.
• Optimising content for different platforms.
• Scheduling content release times for maximum effect.
• Responding to engagement and reader’s questions.
• Collaborating with designers and videographers.

Graphics Designer
• Creating visual designs for print and digital media
• Collaborating with clients and decision-makers to understand project requirements
• Designing brand kits to ensure branding consistency
• Using design software to produce visually appealing designs
• Creating visual elements like logos and illustrations
• Revising designs based on client feedback

Content Writer
• Researching and writing high-quality content like product descriptions, user manuals, website content, etc.
• Optimising content for search engines using keywords, meta tags and other SEO techniques
• Collaborating with other teams like designers and developers to align content with the company’s brand
• Measuring the content’s success by tracking KPIs like website traffic and conversions
• Creating and executing a content calendar
• Reviewing, editing and proofreading content

Data Entry Executive
• Coordinate with technical teams to create pivot tables and charts for the automation of a spreadsheet containing pricing and costs for specific materials and items, which resulted in a reduction of over 30 work hours per month
• Create reports on long-term and short-term financial data and business performance, including developing graphs to support forecasting activities
• Analyse and compile data from accounting teams to consolidate reporting processes and create a master spreadsheet.

SEO Specialist
• Program in HTML, CSS and JavaScript to ensure the site is accessible and easy to follow and for increased interaction with visitors - this may involve working on video and PDFs
• Run pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase revenue through sponsored online advertising
• Write original content for webpages - tailored for the target audience
• Make technical recommendations to developers
• Constantly check search terms, rankings and analytics to monitor performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement
• Engage with other businesses (affiliates) over link-building opportunities, to bring in paid commission for driving customers to their websites
• Employ user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimisation methods to turn visitors into more active users and to help improve website performance
• Drive targeted and loyal traffic to a website by community building
• Use social media to distribute content and encourage more external sites to link to your content - giving you more authority
• Develop and integrate content marketing strategies
• Monitor the algorithms set by the search engines to keep up to date with changes.

Qualifications

These areas of work is open to all graduates but a degree in a related area such as IT, business and technology or marketing may be particularly useful.
