About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with relevant experience to provide clinical coordination and expertise, that ensures a safe and effective practice environment which supports the management of patient flow in the Renal Dialysis Unit.
We have a fixed term position for an enthusiastic Clinical Nurse Coordinator in our Haemodialysis unit based at Tauranga Hospital. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week to ensure that leadership is always maintained across the unit. This is a 12 month parental leave contract.

About You
You will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of coordinators to provide support and guidance to our team of Registered Nurses and Health Care Assistants.
To be considered for the role applicants will have:
Proven leadership skills in leading a nursing team
Significant clinical experience in renal nursing including haemodialysis experience
Ability to prioritise workload patient acuity requirements based on information systems and experience
Effective and clear communication involving the team/clients/whanau in decision making
