About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing & Sales Executive who can not only execute high-performing marketing campaigns but also convert leads into clients. You’ll play a dual role—building online presence and generating revenue through strategic outreach, follow-ups, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.)
• Create and manage content calendars for social media
• Work with designers/copywriters to generate engaging creatives and ad copy
• Handle SEO, email marketing, and basic website updates (WordPress/Shopify preferred)
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc., and suggest improvements
• Generate and nurture inbound leads via digital campaigns
Sales:
• Follow up on leads generated through digital channels
• Conduct client calls, presentations, and demos
• Understand client requirements and offer customized service/solutions
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and upsell/cross-sell services
• Track sales pipeline and targets using CRM tools or spreadsheets
• Contribute ideas for improving sales and conversion rates
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and/or sales
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, ads, and email tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident on camera and comfortable in client-facing roles
• Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and email platforms
• Basic understanding of CRMs
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
