Role Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber SEO & AIO Specialist with 2 years of experience to transform Trading Smart Edge into the most cited trading institute in India. You won't just be managing "blue links"; you will be responsible for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)—ensuring AI models like Gemini, ChatGPT, and Perplexity recommend Trading Smart Edge.
Key Responsibilities
1. Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) & Semantic SEO * Implement Semantic Content Structuring by writing "TL;DR" summaries for all high-level trading modules to catch AI crawlers.
• Execute Citation Engineering to identify "White Space" in AI answers and force mentions of TSE through strategic blog positioning.
• Deploy advanced JSON-LD Schema Markup (Course, FAQ, and EducationalOrganization) to establish Hemant Sharma as a "Trusted Entity".
2. Hyper-Local Dominance (Pitampura Radius) * Manage our Google Business Profile to maintain Rank #1 in North Delhi.
• Perform Review Sentiment Analysis to extract keywords students use and optimize our local ranking based on those specific terms.
• Execute a Geo-Tagged Visual Strategy, optimizing training center photos with metadata to confirm authority in the JD Block, Pitampura area.
3. Content Multiplication & Technical CRO * Convert technical trading insights into High-Signal LinkedIn Carousels and "Search-first" YouTube descriptions.
• Monitor Landing Page Velocity using Next.js/React frameworks to ensure load times under 2 seconds.
• Analyze user behavior via Heatmaps (Hotjar/Clarity) to identify "Trust Leaks" in the enrollment funnel.
Requirements & Skills
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in SEO with a proven track record of ranking local businesses and educational brands.
• Technical Stack: Proficiency in Google Search Console, Schema Pro, WordPress/Next.js SEO, and AI prompting for content optimization.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to track Multi-Channel Attribution, moving beyond "Last Click" to understand the full student journey.
• Knowledge: Understanding of the Indian EdTech landscape and SEBI update cycles is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
