Social Media Management - Intern
We're on the lookout for the youngest "Jack of all Trades" of the Marketing industry! Someone who breathes Social Media, is always on the lookout for the best and latest marketing trends, and one who can own up to brainstorming a great campaign that will surely get featured among the greats!!!
Looking at a minimum 3 to 6 Months internship, and can lead to a full-time role after that.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Client Campaign Management - Sit with the Marketing Team, come up with a campaign which best suits the brand in current affairs, topicals and product/service related posts in order to maximize engagement and reach of their Social Media Profiles, including the monthly brand content calendar.
2) Client Account Management - You will be tasked with owning up a few brands, taking in the client requirements, managing their feedback and also taking posts live! You will be the face of BizExpress for these clients.
3) Social Media Management - You will be responsible for the timely posting on a brand's online presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter. At times, YouTube and Pinterest as well).
4) Copywriting - Must have the skills to come up with briefs for Social Media posts, on simple campaigns & topical days for our brands.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be proficient in managing Social Media platforms. Primarily on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. YouTube & Pinterest is a plus.
- Great soft skills in order to better interact with clients, and take in their feedback, and convey the same correctly with your colleagues in the Marketing Team.
- Copywriting skills to ensure you are the one owning the brands you manage!
- Time is money! You will need to be quick on your feet as there will be multiple timelines to be met.
