We are seeking a Meta Ads expert with a deep understanding of strategy, set-up, and performance analysis.
Crafting high-converting campaigns and making data-driven decisions to optimise results is key to this role.
A background in Google Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, or Social Media content creation is beneficial but not essential. Above all, we need someone who lives and breathes Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities:
Own and execute Meta Ads campaigns from start to finish - strategy, audience targeting, set-up, optimisation, and detailed performance analysis.
Work closely with clients to ensure their campaigns are hitting the mark and delivering strong results.
Analyse campaign data and continuously refine strategies to maximise ROI.
Collaborate on other digital marketing areas like Google Ads, SEO, and Email Marketing, depending on your expertise and interests.
Ideal Candidate:
3+ years of marketing experience, preferably agency side.
Experience in Meta Advertising Management (2-3 years +).
Understanding of online marketing strategy, digital marketing and social media.
Good communication skills with a sense of humour.
Project and client management experience.
Basic understanding of SEO and Google Ads.
Good organisational skills.
A can-do attitude.
Software Experience:
Meta Business Suite.
Slack (Communications).
Asana (Project Management).
