RewindMD is a forward-thinking aesthetics and wellness company committed to delivering exceptional services to our clients. We’re looking for a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role focuses heavily on Google Ads, SEO, and High Level alongside other digital marketing tasks to boost our online visibility and customer engagement.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing RewindMD’s digital presence. This role requires a strong focus on Google Ads, SEO, High Level and overall digital strategy, including email and text marketing, social media engagement, Yelp management, and website maintenance.
Additional responsibilities will include help answering phone call, scheduling clients in EMR, checking clients in and out, and greeting clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Google Ads Management:
Develop, implement, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and track campaign performance.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
Enhance website visibility and improve organic search rankings.
Conduct regular site audits, optimize content, and track results.
Email and Text Marketing:
Create and execute campaigns, including promotions.
Segment audiences and analyze performance metrics.
Social Media Engagement:
Post and interact on Instagram and maintain Facebook activity.
Plan and execute content strategies to drive engagement.
Yelp Management:
Monitor reviews, respond promptly, and optimize profiles for customer engagement.
Website Maintenance:
Update and maintain website content to ensure functionality and optimization.
Monthly Media Production:
Organize and participate in monthly media shoots to produce engaging content.
Performance Analytics:
Track and report the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
Qualifications:
Experience in digital marketing, particularly with High Level, Google Ads and SEO.
Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
Knowledge of High Level CMS platform for website maintenance.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience coordinating media shoots is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
