Position/Designation: Assistant/Deputy Manager – Performance Marketing
Location: Mumbai
Reporting To (Position): Chief Product and Marketing Officer
Salary: Max 18 Lacs
Job Summary:
Managing all Performance/ ROI Driven marketing for the company via SEM, SEO, Affiliate programs, Mobile marketing, Social Media Acquisitions,Emailmarketing, SMS marketing.
Responsibilities:
Planning and executing digital campaigns: Search, Display, Social, Organic to achieve business objectives
Lead initiatives to define and improve funnel conversion from all paid and free digital channels including PPC, Display, SEO, DSP, Affiliates and more
This will include new customer acquisition and retention
Key deliverable will include growth in traffic, leads, conversions, downloads and revenues from the online medium for respective categories
Work closely with other functions - category management, marketing, customer service & sales to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
Track, measure, and revise campaigns based on rigorous data analysis to further optimize ROI on spending
Daily reviews on the status of leads and take action accordingly depending upon various dispositions of the leads.
Experience Required:
2 - 3 years of performance marketing experience with expertise in SEM especially on Google Search Should currently be running campaigns end-to-end hands on
Preferred candidates from Performance marketing agencies Experience of other biddable marketing platforms like Facebook family of apps and others will be a bonus
Academia:
BE/BTech graduate with 2 – 3 years’ experience OR Any graduate with 3 – 4 Years’ of relevant experience
